1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mishka Grooming website located at https://mishka.pet/ and the services offered by Mishka Grooming (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Mishka Grooming”). By accessing or using this Site, booking services, or engaging with our business, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use this Site or book services.

Mishka Grooming operates a boutique dog grooming and spa salon located at 370 S Maple Dr, Beverly Hills, CA. We provide grooming and related pet care services, including full grooming, baths, nail trimming, spa treatments, breed-specific styling, and other professional pet services (“Services”).

2. Eligibility

Use of this Site and booking of Services is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using this Site or booking our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Modifications to These Terms

Mishka Grooming may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Revised Terms take effect when posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued access or use of the Site or Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Service Booking

Appointments for grooming and related Services must be scheduled in advance. You may book Services through the booking functionality on this Site or by contacting us at 507-608-8849 or mishka@mishka.pet.

4.2 Pricing

All prices for Services are displayed on the Site or provided at the time of booking. Services vary based on dog size, breed, coat condition, and the specific services requested. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change; however, once a booking is confirmed and paid for, the price applies to your appointment.

4.3 Payment Terms

Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. We accept payment via methods specified at checkout or during booking confirmation. Cash payments may be accepted at the salon for in-person services where permitted. We do not hold credit card information on this Site.

4.4 Late Payments

If full payment is not received at the time services are rendered, we reserve the right to suspend Services until payment is made. Unpaid balances may be referred to a collection agency.


4.5 SMS Messaging Terms

4.5.1 By providing your phone number and explicitly consenting, you agree to receive SMS messages from Mishka Grooming related to:
– Appointment confirmations
– Appointment reminders
– Booking links
– Customer support communications
Mishka Grooming does not share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4.5.2 Opt-In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

– Providing your phone number through our booking form and agreeing to receive SMS

4.5.3 Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also request assistance by replying HELP.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.

4.5.5 Fees
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

4.5.6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by carriers or third-party services.



5. Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows

5.1 Cancellations

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a cancellation fee equal to a portion of the booked Services.

5.2 No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior cancellation (“No-Shows”) may be charged up to 50% of the total Service price. Repeat No-Shows may result in a requirement to pre-pay for future appointments.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Pet Health and Vaccinations

Clients must ensure pets are up to date on required vaccinations and generally in good health at the time of grooming. Animals with contagious illnesses, external parasites (e.g., fleas, ticks), or unreported aggressive behavior may be refused Services for safety reasons.

6.2 Pet Behavior

Clients must disclose any history of aggression, biting, or fearful behavior. Mishka Grooming reserves the right to discontinue Services if a pet poses a safety risk to staff or other animals.

6.3 Leashes and Control

Clients must bring their pets to appointments on a secure leash or carrier. Mishka Grooming is not responsible for pets that escape due to inadequate owner control.

7. Grooming Results and Service Limitations

7.1 Service Expectations

Mishka Grooming strives to provide professional grooming and spa Services. Grooming results may vary based on a dog’s coat type, behavior, health, and grooming history. While we aim for excellent results, clients acknowledge that no guarantees have been made regarding specific grooming outcomes.

7.2 Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services if a dog’s condition poses a risk, if the dog is severely matted, or if the dog’s behavior endangers our staff or other animals.

8. Digital Content and Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All Site content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Mishka Grooming or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without express written permission.

8.2 User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Site, you grant Mishka Grooming a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content.
